Dulera (mometasone furoate and formoterol fumarate dihydrate) is an inhaler that combines mometasone, a corticosteroid that reduces lung inflammation, and formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles. It is used to control and prevent asthma symptoms in adults and children 5 years and older. Dulera is for long-term asthma management and not for sudden asthma attacks.
