Nucala (mepolizumab) is a monoclonal antibody that reduces eosinophil levels to manage conditions associated with high eosinophil counts. It is used to treat hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES), eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), severe eosinophilic asthma, and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), helping to control symptoms and prevent flare-ups.
