Halaven® (eribulin mesylate)
for Breast Cancer

Halaven (eribulin mesylate) is a chemotherapy medication used to treat metastatic breast cancer and liposarcoma. It is prescribed for patients whose cancer has spread and who have previously received other anticancer treatments. Halaven works by interfering with cancer cell growth and preventing their spread. For liposarcoma, a rare cancer of fatty tissue, Halaven is used when surgery is not an option or the disease has metastasized.
