Zaltrap® (ziv-aflibercept)
for Colorectal Cancer

Zaltrap (ziv-aflibercept) is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitor used in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, and irinotecan (FOLFIRI) to treat metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) that has progressed or become resistant to an oxaliplatin-containing regimen. Zaltrap works by blocking the formation of new blood vessels that support tumor growth, helping to slow cancer progression.
