Qinlock® (ripretinib)
for Gastrointestinal stromal tumor
Qinlock (ripretinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) in adults who have previously received at least three other cancer treatments. It works by blocking mutated kinase proteins that drive abnormal cell growth, helping to slow or stop tumor progression.
