Rezurock (belumosudil) treats chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a condition where donor cells attack the recipient’s tissues after a transplant, causing inflammation and fibrosis. It works by blocking ROCK2, a protein involved in immune signaling, to help restore immune balance and reduce swelling and scar tissue buildup.
