Harvoni® (ledipasvir and sofosbuvir)
for Hepatitis C
Harvoni is a once-daily antiviral treatment for the hepatitis C virus (HCV) in adults and children aged 3 and older. It combines ledipasvir and sofosbuvir, which work together to block HCV replication. Ledipasvir targets a viral protein needed for replication, while sofosbuvir is converted into an active form that interferes with the virus’s RNA, preventing it from making new copies.
