Evkeeza® (evinacumab-dgnb)
for Cholesterol-Hyperlipidemia

Evkeeza (evinacumab) is an ANGPTL3 inhibitor used with other medicines to lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol in adults and children aged 5 and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH), a rare inherited condition. It works by reducing the production and increasing the breakdown of LDL and other fats in the blood. Evkeeza is not used for cholesterol issues caused by diet or non-genetic factors.
