Aucatzyl® (obecabtagene autoleucel)
for Leukemia

Aucatzyl (obecabtagene autoleucel) is a CAR-T cell therapy for adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Patients' T cells are collected, genetically modified to express an anti-CD19 receptor, and infused back in two doses about 10 days apart. These modified cells bind to CD19 on leukemic cells, destroying them and reducing tumor activity.
