Blincyto® (blinatumomab)
for Leukemia

Blincyto (blinatumomab) is an injectable immunotherapy for adults and children (1 month and older) with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), typically used when other treatments fail. As a bispecific antibody, it connects CD3 on immune T-cells to CD19 on B-cells, activating T-cells to destroy CD19-positive cancerous cells through cell lysis.
