Vanflyta® (quizartinib)
for Leukemia

Vanflyta (quizartinib) is an oral kinase inhibitor used with chemotherapy (cytarabine and anthracycline) to treat adults with newly diagnosed FLT3-ITD-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It targets FLT3 mutations, reducing cancer cell growth and improving survival. A healthcare provider must test for FLT3 mutations before treatment. Vanflyta isn't for maintenance therapy after stem cell transplant.
