Talvey® (talquetamab-tgvs)
for Multiple Myeloma
Talvey (talquetamab-tgvs) is used to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in adults. It is a bispecific antibody that binds to GPRC5D on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, activating the immune system to target and destroy cancer cells. Talvey works by linking T cells to myeloma cells, triggering T cells to release cytotoxic granules that kill the cancer cells. It is used when multiple myeloma has not responded to or has relapsed after prior treatments.
