Darifenacin reduces muscle spasms in the bladder and urinary tract. It works by relaxing the bladder muscle, allowing it to hold more urine. Darifenacin is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, including frequent or urgent urination and urinary incontinence (urine leakage).
