Fesoterodine is used in adults to treat overactive bladder symptoms, including urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence. It works by relaxing the bladder muscle, allowing the bladder to hold more urine. Fesoterodine is also used to treat neurogenic detrusor overactivity in children aged 6 and older who weigh more than 55 pounds (25 kilograms).
