Briviact® (brivaracetam)
for Seizures (including Epilepsy)

Briviact (brivaracetam) is an anticonvulsant used to treat partial-onset seizures in adults and children aged 1 month and older with epilepsy. It is often used with other seizure medications to better control seizures. Briviact works by targeting a specific protein called SV2A in the brain, helping nerve cells communicate. By binding to this protein, Briviact helps balance electrical activity in the brain, preventing the sudden bursts of electricity that cause seizures.
