Onfi® (clobazam)

Onfi (clobazam) is a benzodiazepine used in combination with other medications to treat seizures caused by Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe form of childhood epilepsy. It is used in patients aged 2 years and older. Clobazam works by enhancing the activity of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, producing a calming effect on the brain and nerves, which helps prevent seizures and manage associated developmental and behavioral problems.
