Xcopri® (cenobamate tablets)
for Seizures (including Epilepsy)

Xcopri (cenobamate) is an oral, once-daily tablet used to treat partial-onset seizures in adults. It can be swallowed or crushed and mixed with water for oral suspension or administered via a nasogastric tube. Xcopri works as an anticonvulsant and can be used alone or with other anti-seizure medications. Its exact mechanism is unknown, but it may work by inhibiting voltage-gated sodium channels and positively affecting the GABAA ion channel to reduce seizure frequency.
