Vitrakvi (larotrectinib) is a prescription medicine used to treat tumors caused by an abnormal "NTRK" gene. It is used when cancer has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery or other treatments. Vitrakvi may be given when previous cancer treatments have not worked or have stopped working. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells.
