Velsipity® (etrasimod)
for Ulcerative Colitis

Velsipity (etrasimod) is a once-daily tablet used to treat moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) in adults. It works to improve UC symptoms and help achieve steroid-free remission. Velsipity has a rapid onset, with symptom improvement starting as early as week 2 in some patients. As an S1P receptor modulator, it prevents immune cells (lymphocytes) from entering the large intestine by trapping them in lymph nodes, reducing inflammation and helping relieve UC symptoms.
