Epidermolysis bullosa is a rare genetic condition that causes the skin to become fragile and blister easily, often in response to minor injuries like heat, rubbing, or scratching. In severe cases, blisters can form inside the body, such as in the mouth or stomach. The condition typically appears in infants or young children, though it can also develop later in teens or young adults.
