Alhemo (concizumab-mtci) is used to prevent or reduce bleeding in people with hemophilia A or B. It works by blocking tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), allowing the body to produce more factor Xa, which promotes blood clot formation and helps reduce bleeding episodes.
