BeneFix® (coagulation factor IX (recombinant))
for Hemophilia

BeneFix (coagulation factor IX (recombinant)) is a once-weekly injectable treatment for hemophilia B, used to prevent or control bleeding in adults and children with little or no factor IX. People with hemophilia B are at risk for prolonged bleeding after injury or surgery and may experience spontaneous bleeding, often in the joints or muscles. BeneFIX replaces the missing factor IX to help manage and prevent bleeding episodes.
