Cabtreo (clindamycin phosphate, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide) is a triple combination topical gel used to treat acne in adults and children aged 12 and older. It contains clindamycin phosphate (an antibiotic targeting "Cutibacterium acnes"), adapalene (a synthetic retinoid that improves skin texture and reduces inflammation), and benzoyl peroxide (a bactericidal agent with keratolytic effects). Cabtreo is the first triple combination treatment for acne.
