Clindesse (clindamycin phosphate) is a single-dose therapy used to treat bacterial vaginosis in non-pregnant women. It is a topical lincomycin antibiotic that works by slowing the growth of certain bacteria, preventing them from multiplying and helping to resolve the infection.
