Columvi™ (glofitamab-gxbm)
for Lymphoma

Columvi (glofitamab-gxbm) is used to treat adults with certain types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). It is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that binds to CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, bringing them together to help T cells destroy cancerous B cells.
