Darzalex Faspro (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) is a subcutaneous injection used to treat multiple myeloma and light-chain amyloidosis. It can be used alone or with other medicines. Darzalex Faspro targets CD38, a protein on myeloma cells, helping to kill cancer cells and boost the immune system’s ability to fight cancer. It belongs to a class of medicines called CD38 monoclonal antibodies.
