Elrexfio® (elranatamab-bcmm)
for Multiple Myeloma

Elrexfio (elranatamab-bcmm) is used to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in adults who have received at least four prior therapies, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-CD38 antibody. It is a bispecific antibody that targets BCMA on myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells, helping activate T-cells to destroy cancer.
