Empliciti® (elotuzumab)
for Multiple Myeloma

Empliciti (elotuzumab) is a monoclonal antibody used with chemotherapy to treat multiple myeloma. It targets a specific protein to block tumor growth and helps the immune system destroy cancer cells while protecting healthy ones. Empliciti is given with lenalidomide or pomalidomide and dexamethasone. It interferes with cancer cell growth, making it easier for the body to eliminate them.
