Fycompa® (perampanel)
for Seizures (including Epilepsy)

Fycompa (perampanel) is an anticonvulsant used to treat seizures in adults and children. It is used to treat partial onset seizures, which may or may not develop into generalized seizures, in people with epilepsy aged 4 and older. Fycompa is also used with other medications to treat primary generalized tonic-clonic (PGTC) seizures in patients aged 12 and older. It works by blocking unusual electrical activity in the brain and slowing the spread of seizures.
