Iclusig® (ponatinib)
for Leukemia

Iclusig (ponatinib) is an oral kinase inhibitor used for treating adults with specific types of leukemia: Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL)—either newly diagnosed (with chemotherapy) or T315I-positive, or those unable to use other kinase inhibitors—and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), including chronic-phase resistant cases or T315I-positive CML in any phase.
