Inqovi® (decitabine and cedazuridine)
for Myelodysplastic Syndromes
Inqovi combines decitabine and cedazuridine to treat adults with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), including chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), conditions where bone marrow doesn't make enough healthy blood cells. Decitabine promotes normal blood cell production and slows abnormal cell growth, while cedazuridine prevents decitabine breakdown, enhancing its effectiveness.
