Kalydeco® (ivacaftor)
for Cystic Fibrosis

Kalydeco (ivacaftor) is a CFTR potentiator used to treat cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients aged 1 month and older with a specific gene mutation. It improves protein function to reduce thick mucus buildup in the lungs and enhance other CF symptoms. Kalydeco is available as tablets for children 6 years and older and granules for those aged 1 month to under 6 years.
