Kisunla™ (donanemab-azbt)
for Alzheimer’s Disease
Kisunla (donanemab-azbt) is a prescription medicine used to treat mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) caused by AD. It is a plaque-targeting therapy that helps slow the decline in memory, thinking, and daily functioning, allowing people to live more independently and continue their activities for longer. Administered as a once-monthly IV infusion, Kisunla works by targeting and helping the body remove amyloid plaques in the brain, which are believed to contribute to the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, thereby slowing its progression.
