Litfulo (ritlecitinib) is a once-daily oral prescription medication for adults and adolescents (12+) with severe alopecia areata. It works by targeting and blocking Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and TEC kinases, which are involved in inflammation. This reduces inflammation around hair follicles, promoting hair regrowth.
