Ninlaro® (ixazomib)
for Multiple Myeloma

Ninlaro (ixazomib) is a proteasome inhibitor used in adults to treat multiple myeloma. It is given with lenalidomide and dexamethasone after at least one prior treatment has failed. Ninlaro works by blocking the cancer cell’s ability to break down proteins, causing a buildup that leads to cell death. This helps slow the growth and spread of multiple myeloma cells in the body.
