Orkambi® (lumacaftor and ivacaftor)
for Cystic Fibrosis

Orkambi (lumacaftor/ivacaftor) is a CFTR modulator used to treat cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients aged 1 year and older with specific gene mutations. Lumacaftor helps correct CFTR protein function, while ivacaftor enhances its activity, reducing thick mucus buildup in the lungs and improving CF symptoms. Orkambi is available as tablets for children 6 years and older and granules for those aged 1 to under 6 years.
