Pomalyst® (pomalidomide)
for Multiple Myeloma

Pomalyst (pomalidomide) is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults who have tried at least two other treatments. It is taken with dexamethasone and works by boosting the immune response and slowing cancer cell growth. Pomalyst is also used to treat Kaposi sarcoma in adults with or without HIV when other treatments like HAART have not worked. It is an antineoplastic that interferes with cancer cell growth, leading to their destruction.
