Relpax® (eletriptan hydrobromide)

Relpax (eletriptan hydrobromide) is used to treat migraine headaches with or without aura in adults. It works by narrowing blood vessels around the brain and reducing substances that cause pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound. Relpax is taken after a migraine begins and does not prevent future headaches or reduce how often they occur.
