Rystiggo® (rozanolixizumab-noli)

Rystiggo (rozanolixizumab-noli) is a neonatal Fc receptor blocker used to treat adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) who are anti-AChR or anti-MuSK antibody-positive. It works by blocking the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), which helps IgG antibodies persist in the body. By reducing IgG antibodies, Rystiggo improves muscle strength.
