Seglentis (celecoxib and tramadol hydrochloride) is a prescription pain medication that combines an opioid (tramadol) and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) (celecoxib). It is used to manage acute pain in adults when other pain treatments are ineffective or not well tolerated. Celecoxib reduces pain and inflammation by blocking certain substances in the body, while tramadol alters the way the brain perceives and responds to pain.
