Stiolto Respimat (tiotropium bromide and olodaterol inhalation spray) is a combination inhaler containing olodaterol, a long-acting bronchodilator, and tiotropium, an anticholinergic, used for the long-term management of COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It helps relax airway muscles and improve airflow, making breathing easier. Stiolto Respimat is not a rescue medication and should not be used for asthma or sudden breathing problems.
