for Erectile Dysfunction
Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), pulmonary arterial hypertension, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It blocks the PDE5 enzyme, relaxing blood vessels and muscles. For ED, it increases blood flow to the penis during arousal. For pulmonary hypertension, it lowers lung blood pressure and heart strain. For BPH, it relaxes bladder and prostate muscles to ease urination and reduce symptoms.
