Tafinlar® (dabrafenib)
for Lung Cancer

Tafinlar (dabrafenib) is a targeted cancer therapy used to treat cancers with a BRAF gene mutation, including skin, thyroid, lung, brain, and other solid tumors. It is a kinase inhibitor that blocks proteins made by the mutated BRAF gene to slow or stop cancer growth. Tafinlar may be used alone or with trametinib (Mekinist) to treat specific cancers in people with a BRAF mutation.
