Tosymra® (sumatriptan)
for Migraine

Tosymra (sumatriptan) is a nasal spray used to treat acute migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. It is not used to prevent migraines or treat other headache types like hemiplegic, basilar, or cluster headaches. Tosymra is a serotonin (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist, or triptan, that works by narrowing widened blood vessels in the brain and blocking pain signals, helping relieve migraine symptoms like nausea and sensitivity to light and sound.
