Trelegy Ellipta is an inhalation powder used for the maintenance treatment of COPD and asthma in adults. It contains a combination of fluticasone (a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation), umeclidinium (an anticholinergic that helps open airways), and vilanterol (a long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles). Trelegy Ellipta is taken daily to improve breathing, prevent bronchospasms, and manage symptoms but is not a rescue medication for sudden breathing problems.
