Tysabri® (natalizumab)

Tysabri (natalizumab) is a monoclonal antibody used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults, including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease. It is also used to treat moderate to severe Crohn's disease in adults, particularly when other treatments have been ineffective. Tysabri works by targeting specific immune cells, helping to protect healthy cells and reduce inflammation.
