Uptravi® (selexipag)

Uptravi (selexipag) is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by lowering blood pressure in the lungs. It works by relaxing blood vessels and preventing certain muscle cells from growing inside blood vessels. This helps widen the blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing strain on the heart. Uptravi helps prevent the worsening of PAH and lowers the risk of hospitalization for PAH.
