Vectibix® (panitumumab)
for Colorectal Cancer

Vectibix (panitumumab) is a targeted therapy for colorectal cancer (CRC). It is used for RAS wild-type CRC as first-line therapy with FOLFOX chemotherapy or alone after prior treatments fail. It is also used for KRAS G12C-mutated CRC in combination with sotorasib after specific chemotherapy regimens. Vectibix is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), slowing or stopping cancer cell growth.
