Venclexta® (venetoclax)
for Leukemia

Venclexta (venetoclax) is an oral tablet used to treat adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), or newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It targets the BCL-2 protein, which cancer cells overproduce to avoid cell death. Venclexta binds to BCL-2, reactivating the cell's natural death process (apoptosis) to destroy cancerous blood cells resistant to chemotherapy.
