Vyondys 53® (golodirsen)

Vyondys 53 (golodirsen) is a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in patients with a confirmed DMD gene mutation amenable to exon 53 skipping. As an antisense oligonucleotide, it uses exon-skipping technology to enable the production of a shorter but functional dystrophin protein, helping to maintain muscle integrity and slow disease progression.
